The service really could not be simpler and it has been built on a firm foundation of over 20 years experience serving multi nationals, banks, local government and a myriad of other commercial companies.
Once you have processed your data, for example invoices and credit notes, letters and statements, you transmit them to us either via cable or we can collect from your offices. We then run all your data through our systems ending with a fully indexed output which replicates the original printed layout.
The fully indexed output is then returned to you on CD/DVD for standalone department access or for uploading into your corporate archive
You now have a fully searchable archive stretching from the latest month end to however far back you wish to go. Not only do you comply with the latest legislation but you can provide a very efficient, knowledge based customer service.
We can convert your Microfilm & Microfiche into electronic Images that can be retrieved on a standalone or networked system, or integrated into an existing document management system.
We can also transfer digital images from most Multimedia cards onto a printed CD/DVD, using one of your own images for the CD/DVD Printing, which can be viewed or used on any system.
